Aura Cacia Ylang Ylang essential oil
I love the smell of Ylang Ylang. It is better than perfume. Aura Cacia is the first brand of essential oil I purchased. Started with Lavender. It's great.

Not useful for me
I got ylang ylang to see if it would help me sleep. It smells nice, but does not help me sleep. It may be useful for other purposes, just not what I needed.

Not quite what I expected...
I purchased this oil with the hopes that I could use it in a magnesium oil lotion that I make at home, to provide a nice floral scent that was calming and soothing. Well, this scent may be considered calming or soothing but it is by no means floral. To me it smells very woody and musky. I tried mixing it with a little sweet orange extract, but still ended up with a scent that is similar to soap. Some may really enjoy this scent, but for me, it was definitely not what I was hoping for....

Smell not strong
I am ok with this product but am disappointed in the smell. It is very light and hardly discernable.

excellent
this is a excellent product and i've been using it for quite a while now. i didn't wanted to make a review earlier because i really needed to see how this would work. one must pay attention to the fact that ylang ylang tends to be the strongest scent when combine to other E.O. i usually let stand my blends for 7days before using them and i find that ylang smells better then. i use it in my hair and body mixes or pour a drop or two on twistable air refreshner.

Great Oil
The scent is a moderate to strong flower aroma. It might be too strong for some people when used alone. I usually blend it with lemon oil in a diffuser for a wonderful smelling room. It's very relaxing and can be enjoyed anytime. I will definitely buy ylang ylang oil again.
