A pleasant, light, refreshing drink!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally mix 1 stick into my 24oz water bottle. The lemonade flavor isn’t as strong as some of the other flavors, imo, but that can be nice. Otherwise, I love the Ultimate electrolyte products and have one daily! My doctor suggested I use an electrolyte drink, and it’s really helped with odd muscle cramping (e. g. hands, feet) I was having.

Love the lemonade electrolyte drink mix
