Incomplete delivery

Did not receive entire order, 4 chairs only but advertised as 6. Assembled to find out only partial quantity was shipped. Trying to contact delivery company or Target to RESOLVE the issue has been a nightmare. I only need the missing 2 chairs, but my options are wait from response from Fedex in 2 business days and Target is to return the package(s). --Chair quality as expected for price. Actually nice look, but a leg was chipped and a piece went flying when unwrapping. Assemnly is fairpy simple.
