All-Clad 13" x 20" Nonstick Double Burner Griddle, HA1 Expert Cookware, Black

I have used this thing atleast three times a week for breakfast. And shes oven safe so great for biscuits while im whipping up gravy. I host family sometimes and there's a total of 9 of us! So I need the big pan. And I love it!!

Does not work on induction stove - the raised bottom surface doesn't provide enough contact.

Though I love round cast iron griddles for eggs, this pan works better for its ability to cook evenly without browning/toughening omelets. They come off thin and fluffy, instead of thick and tough. Also, no mess. A paper towel will easily wipe off anything left behind making cleanup just that much easier and simple. And, with its size, I can scramble eggs, push them to the back to stay warm while I fry up a couple of over-easy eggs. Now, we can eat together instead of in shifts like we do with out cast iron round griddle.

I have used one of these griddles for years it holds up very well as long as you follow direction. Don’t use sprays in it, you don’t need it. I purchased another one recently because my daughter was complaining about the griddle she was using so, I purchased one for her. She could not believe how much better it was to use. I’m a senior citizen and my daughter is middle age. I’ve had mine for 10 years, worth the investment. Don’t use spray on it, I will use some no salt butter when I cook eggs.

I used this griddle to make pancakes, barria tacos and burgers. It’s just the right size not too bulky like the plug in griddles. It’s super sturdy, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Multi purpose, can be used in the oven as well. Be carefully the handles do get hot.

Even heat distribution, so easy to clean, the grooves along the side worked well for keeping grease from just collecting on the cooking surface. It's nice and big so you can cook quite a bit at a time.

This griddle is super sturdy and made of hard anodized aluminum. It cooks evenly on my flat top stove. It has a triple layer non-stick coating and is easy to clean. We have been hand washing it, but it is dishwasher safe. He has made me everything from eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, and burgers. I love how we can cook multiple foods on it at once. This product is a must-have item in our kitchen especially when we are cooking for company and multiple guests. We absolutely love the quality and recommend this product for cooking!
