The dresser arrived with a key piece missing alignment holes. The manual included directions for reaching out to manufacturer for replacement parts but unfortunately they engaged me until the return window was over and then ceased communication, leaving me with an useable and partially assembled dressed and no option to return. If you buy, check all parts immediately.

Excellent deal for the sale price of $299, when compared to similar items (ie: IKEA). I assembled this myself which took about 7 hours. I used a power drill, which is a must need for this type of work. it was fairly easy to put together, but definitely requires patience and some common sense; I would say ikea products have better detailed instructions. the end result is a a beautiful piece of furniture. I use this in the bedroom and the RGB lights give it that extra touch of awesomeness. unfortunately it does not have a timer and I'm still trying to figure out the phone app (I am tech savvy so it is frustrating). the drawers have the roller slides which make for nice open/close, but are not ball bearing and do not have the soft touch closure. overall, I do recommend this product. there were no missing pieces or physical/cosmetic damage to any of the pieces.
