A: Hi! We have some simple tips from our blog. 1. When the grill is cool, brush or scrape off built-up carbon on the underside of the lid. 2. Brush the cooking and charcoal grates to remove the leftover debris from your last grilling session. 3. Use a scraper to chip away any hard-to-remove debris on the inside of the bowl. 4. Make sure to empty the ash catcher - ashes left sitting in the ash catcher can promote corrosion. 5. Use our exterior grill cleaner to clean the outside lid and side tables of your grill.

Q: Does this grill have a warming rack? What about vents on the sides?

A: Hello VicE, this model does not feature a warming rack, nor can one be added. This model does not feature side vents, instead, the vents are located on the very bottom of the unit, as well as a vent located on the lid. Thanks!

Great size grill for our family of four. We primarily use this when camping. It doesn’t take up much space and is well built. I wish that it still had the locking mechanism for the top. This is the second time I’ve purchased this size Weber. It’s been very useful.

VERY DISAPPOINTED ! I found that the cooking grate is about a 1/4" smaller in diameter than the lower kettle opening causing the grate to "flip up" when applying any pressure to the grate (i.e. turning or flipping food over). I called customer service and was told they would send me a replacement grate, which they did, but it was also too small for the opening. I specifically bought Weber because I didn't want a "cheap import" item, I wanted a QUALITY grill. I expected MUCH more from a Weber grill than what I got. I will probably NEVER purchase Weber again !!

Doesn't make as much heat as I thought. Coals have to be up to the bottom of the grill grates to cook anything.
