Guests are saying
The chicken pot pies have been a nostalgic favorite for many guests, offering a quick and comforting meal option. However, recent reviews indicate a decline in quality, particularly regarding texture and filling. While some guests appreciate the convenience and affordability, others express disappointment over soggy crusts and insufficient ingredients. Despite mixed feelings, the pot pies remain a go-to for those seeking a simple meal, especially when prepared in an air fryer.

Well we have Banquet is #1 in our book it's right next to homemade. No we don't eat them every day just when we have had a very long day and I was unable to prepare a homemade meal. The chicken pot pie is our 😍

The bottom crust always sticks to the container when cooked til done. Perhaps you should do away with the bottom crust altogether.

With all of the pot pies available, these pies are the best. I've tried several, but love your chicken pie the most. I always have a few stashed in my freezer for a late night snack. For the price and quality, Banquet always satisfies.

As someone who eats these pot pies often I’ve been highly disappointed lately . There were about 35 peas in the pot pie and little to nothing of everything else.

Rubbery chicken pieces

I used to love Banquet Chicken Pot Pies. But unfortunately, the last ones that I have had, although tasty, the chicken pieces were like chewing pieces of rubber 😫. So even though I ate the pies, I had to throw the pieces of chicken away. I’m wondering what has happened with your processing of the chicken that caused this? I have three chicken pot pies left in my freezer and am really not looking forward to eating them at all.

I used to have these when I was a kid. I just made one of these chicken pot pies and there is not a single chicken piece in the whole thing. When I was young there was allot of chicken and vegetables, but now I’ve seen very few items.

What happened to my favorite pot pie!!! They changed to crust .. tastes funny and not flaky and thin. The gravy is awful.. use to be thinner and more flavor. As for the ingredients… there were barely any in there.. maybe 5 pieces. Bigger pot pie is even worse.. should have kept old gravy and crust! Won’t buy anymore unless it’s changed back!

I eat these 1-2 times a week for quick lunches and have done so for 20+ years. They have always been good for what they are, a quick, cheap decent filling meal. However, over the last few months I have noticed a substantial drop in the quality of them. I just cooked 2 of them to eat after I got off work and I am not exaggerating when I tell you that each pie contained 3 total small pieces of chicken. Look, I get that these are pretty cheap, I don’t expect gourmet food here but, I’ve been eating these for YEARS, I know what to expect out of them and it seems that the quality is going way down lately from what I assume is an attempt to cut costs. Please don’t let greed destroy a decent product!

I grew up eating these pot pies and lived them. So will shopping today me and my husband decided to unlock one of our core childhood memories with these for dinner. To say we were disappointed would be a understatement. They were horrible, nothing like we remembered. The crust was still good but the filling left us saddened. The gravy was watery and tasteless no matter how long it sat. The meat like substance was rubbery. My dogs even turned their nose up at it.
