Shrinkflation strikes again

I buy these sandwich rolls all the time. We just bought some more today, and they are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. They now resemble the size of a hot dog bun now. Each roll is 6 inches by 2 inches. Ridiculous, I can’t even make a normal-sized sandwich. I hope this is an anomaly and not their new standard.

Perfect for toasted sandos

I particularly like the size of these rolls. It’s just right. Not too big or too small. I like to lightly toast them in a non stick dry fry pan then add a little Kerry Gold garlic herb butter on the inside (cut side) and brown them before adding a slice of cheese cut on diagonal and then my filling like meatballs or whatever. Really excellent soft bread and a sorta fancy sando presentation for minimal effort. Nice alternative to crusty French type bread with short shelf life and plus it doesn’t create crumbs everywhere!
