A: They are not uncured if they contain nitrites. Note that the packaging does not say uncured anywhere. Only the description mentions it

They don’t seal back up anymore. Which is a serious bummer. Strange as this may sound, that sealable packaging was actually the deciding factor in this brand over Eckrich, which are less than half the price. At least they were bogo 50% off, stings a tiny bit less!!

Oscar Meyers has decided to cut costs by removing the red resealable ziplock on their package. (Even tho the item shows it) You open the hotdogs to use one and the rest start getting stale in the fridge now! Won’t be rebuying, if I wanted no zipper I could buy Bar S hotdogs or Ballpark franks for MUCH CHEAPER!

Bought two packs 5/22 through order pickup. My daughter put them in the freezer (as we typically do), however I am sure she didn’t look them over before she tossed them in there. Took them out and defrosted them to use for lunch. They had grayish green spots all over them. When I looked at them closer it looked like it was from inside the hotdogs. So I cut them open and sure enough it was green fuzzy mold inside the hotdogs.
