This didn’t taste at all like sourdough, so I checked the label. It’s essentially normal white bread with some rye flour. If you like white sandwich bread with a little rye kick, this is for you! If you like sourdough, it’s not.

As others have mentioned, this tastes nothing like sourdough. It's your typical white bread, sliced too thick for sandwiches. I could not even finish my sandwich, the slices were so thick and doughy that it was unpleasant to eat.
