Disappointing
I just served this at a dinner party and was terribly disappointed in every aspect of the dish. There was hardly any cheese, the lasagna noodles were thick and doughy, there wasn’t much meat in the sauce, and the flavor was just mediocre. I cannot recommend this product. We used to serve Stouffers with confidence, but sadly, no more.

New Lasagna?
This lasagna doesn't cook like it used to. The cheese on top doesn't melt. I know it's not just my oven as other reviews have shown as well as I've cooked this at my brother's in his oven too. The taste is different. It's almost a chemical taste and I had to throw my last 2 I made away. I am not sure what you guys did but bring back the lasagna we all know and love!!

Stouffer's Not as Good Anymore
Being older and having purchased Stouffer's frozen dinners for many years due to being something easy plus being fairly tasty, I have to say that this is not true anymore....... Evidently, Stouffer's must have changed their recipes for the Lasagna with Meat Sauce and Baked Ziti. The taste, consistency with noodles & sauce, and looks have changed for not so appealing. I thought it might have been a fluke because of the newer packaging, but having purchased a second time, no way is Stouffer's good anymore. Barely and sauce or cheese with the noodles being thicker and totally different texture. This is so sad because I really enjoyed their frozen meals in a pinch. Not anymore as I've lost trust with their current recipes....... :-(

My picky-eater kids will eat this any day and ask for it weekly. For a family of 4, we get the party size to have some leftovers. Make sure you follow the correct instructions for thawed vs frozen and the type of oven. If I follow the correct instructions, it tastes great!

We have enjoyed this staple for years, and this last one was made with a diffferent noodle that was so tough and hard to eat. had to use a sharp knife to cut. my whole family was dissapointed.

Lasagna
You have changed the lasagna we are accustomed to. This last one purchased is garbage. I am bedridden and not able to cook and always enjoyed getting a party size that would feed us a couple of days.

Changed Recipe
I've bought three over the past year. I keep forgetting how terrible they are since the recipe changed. I will not forget again and will not be buying ever again.

They Nailed It!
We needed a big meal for a weekend trip and I decided to ignore all the recent bad reviews and give it a try. And it came out perfect! Defrosted it 48 hours ahead of time and cooked it, per the instructions. Then my boyfriend kept it in 8 minutes longer bc he likes it a bit crispy on top. And it hit the spot! Definitely recommend. Will be buying again.

Dumb move Stouffers
I’d give zero stars if I could! I use to love this lasagna. I use to buy it often and I don’t buy a lot of frozen meals. The recipe has changed and it tastes disgusting. I’ve read reviews that compare it to ravioli. Ummm, ravioli blows this lasagna out of the water.

I just love STOUFFER'S LASAGNA with meat & sauce. Trust me, once you've tried it u will never have any other besides STOUFFER'S. I'm allergic to an ingredient in this lasagna that has and will send me to the E. R. BUT this lasagna is sooo good that it's worth the trip to the E. R. At least once a month sometimes twice a month. Luckily for me my reaction isn't life threatening and hospital staff is like family to me know. No point in eating lasagna if it ain't STOUFFER'S..

What Happened and Why?
Nasty Stuff, Now! They reduced the quality of ingredients and reformulated this, once great, product. Now at the lowest end of the flavor spectrum and it shows in a very unappetizing lasagna. Stouffer's has lowered the quality, although they will continue to deny it. Stouffer's has, indeed, reduced richness and quality of ingredients. Their tomato sauce now tastes like bad reconstituted, bitter tomato paste. The result is a changed recipe for the worse! I’ve dined on their lasagna for many years and it was just as good as homemade, like Mama used to make from scratch . However in the last five, or so, years they’ve started using cheaper ingredients, thus changing the product to very low quality, often unpalatable, taste. A shame to see this once great product gone to ruin.
