Just not the same
Cheez its have been our favorite go to household snack for 15 years. We love the classic, but I've been sorely disappointed the last 4 times I've purchased a regular size box. For whatever reason, the snack size packs taste just like the always have, but the regular boxes taste like the recipe has changed and theres absolutely no salt on them. I had to double check to see if they produce them in the same facility as goldfish because they taste just like them, and low key, we aren't goldfish fans. I hope the recipe hasn't changed permanently and they were just part of a bad batch.

WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE FLAVOR? YUCK!
Ever since the packaging changed, the flavor changed. The taste is horrible now! Cheez-its have been a family favorite since I was a child, and I'm 42! My whole family is upset with the flavor change. You've definitely lost a loyal customer! :( :( :(

New Recipe- Bland, burnt, gross
Like many of the other reviews have said, they changed their recipe. Not the same as the cheez its I loved in my childhood, or even 5 or 6 years ago. They now taste bland, not as cheesy and they all seem to taste burnt. So many other reviewers agree so I know it's not just me. I won't buy them anymore, they're no good now. It's sad... they really used to be a favorite.

Burnt Cheez-its
First of all, I love cheez-its, always have. However, I’ve never been a fan of the “extra toasty” ones, and even avoided any overdone ones in the regular boxes. So imagine my disappointment when the last 2 cheez-it original boxes (pantry size) were more like extra toasty boxes. I’m honestly hesitant to buy another box.

No Salt!
The last box of Cheez-It I purchased contained no visible salt on the crackers. I have enjoyed your product as it appears in the photo on the box for many years. If you have removed the salt purposely then I just purchased my last tasteless box. Is the lack of salt and error?

Salt
I’ve always been a huge fan of Cheez-It and it’s easily my go-to snack. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve bought a box of Extra Toasty and it’s come with almost no salt on it. The salt is what makes Cheez-It so good, and without it, the crackers taste bland and unfinished. Really disappointing, especially since I know how great these can be when they’re made right.

Change of Recipe...woot!
Is it true? No more petroleum-based food dyes? I love Cheez-its and stopped buying them because of the petroleum-based dyes. I happened to read the ingredients recently at the store and noticed the petroleum-based dyes were not there. This was my favorite snack, and I miss it! Yummy! Since I/we have taken so many items out of our diet that contain petroleum dyes and preservatives, we have really noticed a difference. If this is true, then I have my favorite snack back, and I don't care if it changes the flavor a little. I appreciate it!

What Changed?
Something has changed. Original Cheez Its are now bland and remind me of cardboard. Guessing they are trying to save money, but not going to have a profit if no one purchases the product.

What happened?!
I used to love Cheez-Its so much I'd finish a box every few days. However, for the past few months, these have been horrible! I've purchased 4 different boxes, and each box tastes burnt, bland, and has no salt at all! I'm not sure what happened, but wow...you've lost a long-time customer.

Good snack but did the recipe change?
Cheez Its have been my favorite snack for years but the two most recent boxes I have purchased are not as salty as they should be. Many of the individual pieces have no salt baked onto the exterior at all. The saltiness is the best part of the Cheez IT, IMO, so this is disappointing.

Bland Saltless
My entire box of extra big cheezits have no salt on it or cheese flavor they taste like plain saltine crackers these were my favorite snack ever since a child and this is very disappointing. I remember the delicious greasy salty cheesy flavor it used to be which is no more.
