Simply ok, slightly too thick...
I tried these turkey sausage links a few times and realized they are "ok". I think they're too thick of a sausage link. The taste is spot on but the consistency is just a little off putting for me. They are quite juicy and very bouncy. They're not my favorite breakfast links by far.

I enjoy having a healthier breakfast sausage option, although texture isn't very appealing in the mouth. I agree with other reviews it's like biting soggy cardboard. I thought its taste would make up for it but it is very salty (to my taste buds) for me even try and continue to eating.

Great Turkey alternative to breakfast sausage
These taste amazing. I've been using turkey more and it's just as great as regular breakfast sausages. The texture is virtually no different. Its not chewy like some other turkey alternatives I've tried. And its simple to make. I dont have to make the whole box but easily can if needed.

Really Good Low Calorie Sausages
For approximately 43 calories per turkey sausage link these sausages are very good. I think the ones that are in the vacuum sealed pouches are slightly better than the ones you can buy loose in one freezer type bag. Two of these coupled with an egg or two you have a breakfast with about 220 calories, less if you do egg whites instead of whole eggs. This is perfect when dieting. As for those here who complain about the sausages being dry and rubbery, that's what happens if you over cook them in the microwave. From frozen I time mine for 30 seconds for one link and for two I time it for about 50 seconds. 1000 watt oven. They are perfectly done every time.

you might as well cook the packaging. Theese turkey sausage links have both the flavor and texture of damp cardboard. I bought these trying to be healthier per my doctor's recommendations, but after eating these I may need to start taking antidepressents.

Something wrong
I was shocked when I heated sausage per package instructions both in microwave and stove top. These sausages were dry, hard, and tasteless. I checked the use by date which wad Jan 03 25. The package was intact with sausage links completely sealed in plastic. Can't express my disappointment..

Nice to find sausage without the additives
I was happy to find these turkey sausages with NO: nitrates, nitrites, artificial colors or flavors, MSG, or preservatives. However, be aware if you are on a sugar free diet, these contain both dextrose and sugar. I wear a CGM and was glad to see after eating two in a veggie egg scramble, they didn't raise my blood sugar above 112. Other brands of sugar-sweetened sausages have raised my glucose level in the 150's. Though I wish there was no added sugar, they don't seem to be too high.

Love using jimmy dean turkey sausage links. It has a really good flavor to it and it taste amazing. I usually make a breakfast casserole with it. And it always turns out great and yummy. Or if you want to eat it the way it is just add some syrup as I would say . The packaging is pretty sturdy. You need scissors to open it. I would say this one is a lot more nutritious than others. You don't really know what you're eating with the others. I highly recommend buying this most grocery stores sell them. Hope you enjoy!

Expired food
Had to throw this away, they gave me an expired one via the pick up option. Why would target do that?! They should just throw it away not sell it. It was horrible, unusable.

Way so much grease
I felt very full so quickly once I took just two of them. The biggest miss is how much grease was in those sausages. They were too spicy that drinking coffee would make it hotter and it's just not worth it. Because of this, I couldn't finish my dinner, and it felt like I was going to throw up. It gave me gastric, and I wasn't allowed to eat anything I wanted for a week. So for this, do not recommend as your side for breakfast because it is the worst thing to have for your body and your health! Just stick with crunchy bacon.

Kids loves them
My kids love these sausage links. It makes a perfect breakfast side choice with crossaints, avocado toast, quesadilla, etc. It tastes so delicious, has great texture, and is affordable.
