Good option when in a rush or a lazy day when you don’t feel like cooking breakfast. Good flavor I do add some ground black pepper and a sprinkle of extra cheese. A favorite for the family.

Surprised this is not half bad. I melted more cheddar on top. I think most guys would eat 3-4 of these for breakfast. It is small.

Very tasty, not too salty, and on good buy when on special.

I've had these but I wasn't a fan plus a bit high in sodium. I bought for my husband and he enjoyed them more than me. So I purchase them from nice in a while for him

The perfect breakfast bowl for times when you don't feel like cooking. Worth the cost. Plenty of potatoes and eggs within the bowl. I wish there were more cheese but overall, this breakfast bowl is very satisfying.

Quick, high protein breakfast! They always taste good and heat up well. They are a little bit more expensive, but I feel like they're worth it. I eat these almost daily!

My box was sealed, wrap was sealed, so could only have been during packaging. I found a hair stuck to a piece of sausage and cheese. Didn't have camera to show. This is the only time I have had this happen, might be a while before I get another one.

My order was cancelled because I was informed that my item was out of store. I like Target, but yesterday I lost time and money on transportation.

Without the added ingredients, I would say this is average in taste, appearance, and quality of ingredients. Visually, it seemed to lack enough cheese. Taste: bland without added cheese and pepper flakes (if you like spicy, like me). Quality: I was fooled by the front of the package, touting all natural egg whites, turkey, etc. While reading ingredients, I noticed the "contains bioengineered" and immediately disappointed. I am guessing it is the soy and the corn, which have been bioengineered for probably more than a decade. I would have paid $1.00 more to not have those ingredients. I am not a regular purchaser of this sort of thing. I usually make my own scrambles and frittatas. I just thought this would be something different to try on my day off. I probably will not repurchase. I guess it's fine, but I am picky about ingredients and high sodium levels (this has 730mg, much higher than my 500mg threshold that I set for myself). One other thing that I need to mention: Single use plastic bowl, which I try to avoid. I would prefer if it was disposable cardboard, which could have been used (thinking of HealthyChoice steamers, purchased in past). I guess it is "fine" if you don't care about those things. It is just my honest opinion...

I bought this because my regular brand was available. It did not disappoint. Very tasty and filling so I didn’t need anything else until lunch time. Very happy and will purchase this one from now on !

It is hard to find non pork options in breakfast foods, this is a tasty one that I will purchase again.

These are tasty little bowls for the calorie count. If you are expecting something equivalent to a sit down restaurant you most likely be disappointed in taste and portion size. However, you are comparing a 270 calorie bowl to probably a 1200 calorie bowl. I have looked all over for low calorie and low cholesterol breakfast options that taste good and are convenient to make. This is the best alternative I have found that checks both boxes. To me this is about as filling as and Egg Mcmuffin but has 1/5 the cholesterol and forty less calories. You might need to add a yogurt snack or something to fill you up but still way healthier than 99% of the other frozen meals or fast food options.

Go to for my morning breakfast.. pretty upset though that Target has increased the price of these so much within the last few months. They are an excellent breakfast at lower price point, they aren’t quite good enough though with a higher price tag.

I apologize for not having a picture because I ate it. It's kind of bland but it's fulfilling. It's smaller than what the image of the bowl shows. The turkey is the bland part of it.!
