I love these smoothies. They are great to start the morning and getting some fiber and protein right away. But, they have a decent amount of sugar so only drink half each day. They taste great and although they are thick, you can drink them easily.

Accurate Review
After reading the comments I felt the need to give a honest and more accurate review and explanation. I previously bought this drink for the 20 grams of protein and not just for the smoothie. Most protein drinks don’t taste the best and/or have the chalky taste to it. After being a D1 athlete and currently working out daily I have tried dozens of protein drinks to try and find a well tasting one without having too much of the “protein” taste. The naked drink was absolutely delicious when it came to taste and flavor when comparing it to a high protein product. I would say there is a minor “chalky” taste to it but nothing compared to other protein drinks. I would highly recommend these to individuals trying to hit protein goals or for a good filler with a meal!

taste like wet chalk
This taste absolutely terrible! It taste like they took the regular naked drinks and poured protein powder in and forgot to blend. Every sip is like drinking wet chalk. And yes I shook well. Blahhhh waste of money!

If you dont like protein shakes. Dont.
If you do not drink protein shakes regularly or if you don’t like them don’t drink this!!! I don’t like protein shakes but I loveeee this one especially after the gym! So sweet and different from regular ones but yes still chalky.

I like everything about these. Yes they have a weird chalky/gritty texture but I kinda like it. The taste is good and I'd say representative of a general coconut tropical flavor. You have to shake them very, very well if you're gonna take a chance on the texture and try one!
