Where are the basal leaves?
For over 5 years my husband and I have had CPK Margherita Pizza almost every Friday night. We love the thin crust, fresh tomatoes and the two cheeses. But the flavor is NOT the same without the basal leaves. The herb sauce doesn't cut it! Why take away such an important part of the flavor? Obviously you have disappointed and perhaps lost MANY customers who also want the fresh basal back. Tonight will be the last CPK Margherita we will eat, until we see the leaves pictured on the box again. 🤞

Pizza is in oven right now but there is no basil sauce. Its just crust, tomatoes, and cheese. Kinda upset because I did like this Pizza.

Usually my favorite pizza
This has been my favorite frozen pizza for years and the bbq chicken. However my most recent purchase I noticed there is 0 basil sauce. I hope this is a one off error and not a change in the recipe bc it would defeat the purpose of it being a margherita pizza

Bland! And no basil to be found on the pizza!
My daughter and I were extremely disappointed with this pizza. There was no basil to be seen anywhere… We even looked under the cheese. It tasted like a very average cheese pizza with tomatoes and the tomato themselves really didn’t taste that good. Again very disappointed with this California pizza kitchen pizza. I expected much better.

California pizza kitchen thin crust - Margherita used to be fabulous - overall taste, great seasonings & toppings and a nice thin crust. The last 4 to 5 pies were poor. The toppings and tomatoes and cheese do not reach to the edge of pizza. BY ABOUT HALF AN INCH. Thought it was a fluke so kept buying but this last pie was sadly very disappointing. I will not be purchasing California Margherita pizza any more. What happened? This is a quality company.

I loved this pizza! So tasty. Lots of tomatoes which I love. Didn’t see any basil but can taste it. But an hour after eating I got horrible heartburn which I never get. Either I got a factory defect or they've completely removed the basil from the recipe while still advertising it as a margherita. Incredibly disappointed, they used to be pretty decent. Insultingly deceptive marketing.
