Fresh and easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a great add on to my chicken dish. It tasted like fresh ginger. I love the zing it gives. I also have been adding a little to my juicer when I do beet juice in the morning. I used to add fresh ginger but this is so much easier. And I can't taste the difference. It's a new staple at my house!

Disappointed

Perfect addition to my cooking.

Good taste and convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I used this in our recipe for chicken stir fry and it turned out great! The paste was really convenient and lasts a long time. Obviously not as good as fresh ginger but for as often as we use ginger in our recipes this works great.

Great for busy households

Flavorful and easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the ginger paste in a new recipe Slow Cooker Ginger Beef & Noodles. I had never used a ginger paste before but I always disliked prepping fresh ginger and then having the ginger scent on my fingers for a while. The paste comes in an easy to use squeeze tube m. Once I opened it I could smell the delicious aroma. It was as aromatic as any fresh ginger I have ever previously struggled with to prepare. I will be using this paste from now on!

Perfect for my Honey Ginger stir fry!

I made some stir fry and it turned out so much better than just using the dry powdered herb from my cupboard. It felt fresher and my meal (and the few ledtovers) were delicious!

Convenient addition to Curry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love having a convenient option to add to my cooking! I frequently use ginger in my cooking. We do a lot of stir frys and curry in our home. It's much easy to reach for than finely cutting fresh ginger— very convenient!

Easy and convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just a little is all you need to add to your dish. I used this with stir fry recipe but you can put it with any dishes that use ginger. The flavor is a bit milder than compared to fresh ginger but it's a great substitute when you don't have the time or have any on hand! Plus it stays fresh for weeks!

Perfection!

Great tasting and portion size

Decently good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a huge fan of ginger, so I had a hard time knowing what to pair it with. I ended up using it on seafood and sushi. I thought it went very well. It's not too overbearing. I do recommend this, I can tell it is good quality and I'm sure someone who likes ginger would appreciate the taste of this.

So Easy to Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Gourmet Garden Ginger stir in paste was so unbelievably easy to use! I love the design and how simple it is to use spice when I need it. We used this stir in ginger on Thanksgiving for our ham glaze and we used it again for gingerbread cookies. Love this and will definitely be purchasing more stir in pastes as well!

Much easier, great flavor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like cooking from scratch, and I like using whole ingredients over "convenience" products. I will always buy whole garlic bulbs over jarred minced garlic, as I find it a sacrifice in flavor. I hate grating ginger, however, and feel like I waste more than I would care to each time. This ginger stir-in paste solves this, and without sacrificing flavor!

So easy and fresh
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love cooking with fresh ginger, but the chance of slicing my finger off trying to peel the root or it going moldy is always very high. I was so excited to try the ginger paste. I was given a coupon to try it for free. I used it to make Thai peanut noodles and it gave it a fresh bright taste without all the work. I will definitely buy it again and I am excited to try their lemongrass.
