Not good at all
These are gross. I wanted these to be good so badly. The ingredients would have been great for my daughter with many food allergies and I’m always looking for how to get her more protein. Well I baked these, served them to my two year old and she threw them on the floor in disgust. I tried one and I couldn’t be mad they were so gross. They taste worse than the off brand microwave chicken nugget meals from the early 2000’s I would not recommend these to anyone and I will not buy them again. I threw out a tiny $10 bag after two bites. Yuck.

It’s too much money for a couple handfuls of tiny nuggets.
