Great lunch item for work and travel!
I LOVE these pouches and keep no less than 20 in my desk at any given time. If mercury poisoning weren’t a concern, I would probably eat them every day. Low calorie, high protein, and flavorful! They don’t require mayo to be tasty. I just spread it on a low carb mission tortilla and it makes a filling lunch!

I love the Ranch brand of this packaged tuna. You don’t have to add anything to it to make a tuna sandwich. I do add shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese mix it all up put, it on bread and make a great grilled tuna sandwich with it.
