Q: How many ounces is this 180 doses? They conveniently leave that off everything I can see here. The number of doses depends on how much you take each time - 1 or 2 rounded teaspoons once a day or more.

I don't like the organe flaver but I wanted to give it a try. It says mix with water and I did but if you don't drink it all right away it turns gel like. I gagged and had to spit it out. I wasted my money.

I highly do not recommend. Drink plenty of water with this! Me and many others have had serious complications from not drink enough water with it. Cementing the bowel and causing a serious blockage which can lead to death. I nearly died, had 5 ft of intestine removed in emergency surgery. This product does work if you take it as it is recommended

I started using this because I only eat a meal a day. Since I eat less now my stomach has been gurgling throughout the day. It got so bad that every one at the office could hear. I drink this at night. After the first night I drank it I barely hear any sound the next day at work and my bowl movements are more often. This is great if you’re looking for something to make you run smoothly while on a diet. I also got the surgar free one. I use two teaspoons and chug it before it gets any thicker.

Gets the job done. I have gut "issues" and this totally helps. It's ridiculously expensive though and it has sugar but it doesn't have artificial sweetners which are far worse. I mix it with water and kombucha and it tastes really good!

I got this for my daughter who was having constipation issues. The first time I gave it to her, she drank it right away. However, ever since she refuses to have more than one sip. The flavor isn't the best so I've added on additional orange flavoring from one of those concentrated water flavorings. That still didn't do the trick. I've also noticed that if you don't drink it immediately, it becomes weirdly thick. It's the exact texture of an egg, which is really gross. I'm sure this works great for some people but it didn't work for us.

I got sugar free thinking there was no sugar but it contains aspartame. This essentially tastes like drinking overly sweet orange flavored sweet and low. There is a lingering taste of plastic. It clumps and turns to sludge very quickly compared to the regular version. I am going back to the target brand with sugar.

Whether you need it for bulking or for getting movement going, this stuff seems to be a cure-all for digestive troubles! The sugar-free is great, no funky fake sugar aftertaste, and it’s not overly sweet either. I’d definitely choose this over the sugar version. Tips: if you’re using it for constipation, drink an extra glass of water once you get this down to really get things loosened up. Also drink it immediately because it will gel quickly so if you’re texture-sensitive chug it asap!
