    This is not Butter Pecan ice cream..

    This is not Butter Pecan. It is literally vanilla ice cream with pecans. The description on the pint says “pure sweet cream with pecans.” 0 butter flavor. This should not be sold as Butter Pecan. Extremely misleading.

    Feel cheated by this HaagenDaz offering. Tiny chunks of pecans and zero buttery/nutty flavor. The company makes a great vanilla ice cream -- although plain it has a richer flavor than so-called "Butter Pecan" so get that instead of this disappointing failed flavorless 'flavor'.

    This is my favorite brand of butter pecan ice cream but the last couple of time I bought it they tasted off, I had to throw 2 pints away. Now this could have been an issue with where I bought it from maybe it melted and refroze idk but before that this was my absolute favorite. If I buy it from one certain store I never have the issues listed above. I wish it was sold in a bigger container

    I'm usually a big fan of butter pecan ice creams and actually have tried some very good ones recently. This pales in comparison to those other ones. It's okay, and I would probably eat it again if I had no other pecan options. Pretty disappointing.

    Butter pecan? Yeah where ? If I closed my eyes while taking the first bite I’d think it was regular vanilla with pieces of pecan. Do not make this your go to if you are really craving butter pecan

    Changed Recipe

    I used to consume a little bit of this flavor every day. I bought a new container and it had about half an inch less ice cream than usual and was no longer creamy. Watery mess. Opening the new package honestly felt like a slap in the face.
