This delectable, savory dish is made with a medley of vegetables, our organic, house-made tofu, slow-cooked black beans, tortilla chips and melted cheeses. This will be a dish the whole family will dive into! This Amy's Tortilla Casserole Bowl contains milk and soy, is non GMO, and is gluten free and tree nut free. It is also suitable for kosher diets. I love Amy's gluten free frozen bowls. They've been keeping me alive with easy gluten free options that fit my busy college schedule. I wanted to try something different and bought this. awful. The beans were wet in all the wrong ways, the casserole was flavorless and the texture was super unpleasant. also, no spice at all. now I am awake at 2am with horrible stomach cramps and nausea. skip this one and pick out a mac n cheese bow instead.

The only problem with it was the tortillas were soggy which I expected with a frozen meal but I used some fresh chips to dip into it and it was fantastic!
