Horrible and inedible
Like the other reviews, husband said this tastes horrible. Said it was greasy and sour. He’s tried it multiple times (I bought again on accident when our regular brand was out of stock) and it was still just as bad. Really a shame since this is supposed to be a healthier option but it’s inedible. He threw most of it away, and he’s not a picky eater at all which makes it clear to me this must be really bad.

This salami tastes off. Even right out of the packaging and even worse after one day of being opened. I even store it in an air tight glass container. It is rubbery and tastes bad. My kids who LOVE all types of salami won’t eat it.

Would not recommend nor would I buy this product again. Tried one slice and threw the rest in the trash. This genoa salami had a weird taste and aftertaste. Not sure how to described it, but it was nasty. I love Boars Head Genoa Salami, but this one was gross.
