This particular flavor comes in a 4 pack, which isn’t the case with all Light + Fit varieties, and I really appreciate that since this is one I like to keep stocked. Very pleasant fresh taste of strawberry with subtle cheesecake. Protein isn’t overpowering and the macros are great for cutting. However leaves wierd aftertaste and texture if not eaten quickly.

I wasn't expecting to like this yogurt as much as I do. It's really good for being low sugar. It has a thicker Greek yogurt consistency. Thicker than Chobani, which I like.
