    Really great

    So, I can’t eat beef which is a key ingredient in most sausage. I LOVE the fact that Hillshire Farm has a non-beef option. I’ve been eating this brand/item since childhood along with their turkey kielbasa. I also can’t eat much fat or I get violently ill (no gallbladder) so I was super excited to realize these don’t make me sick at all. They’re significantly less greasy than the other versions. I use this sausage in different soups and casseroles or sometimes I just eat them plain. They’re really versatile and there are so many things to do with them. Highly recommend.

    This is definitely my go to jambalaya. It’s absolutely delicious and does not taste like turkey to me. It cooks up great and the price is always good. I like the fact that the ingredients are more healthy for my family.
