Good Clean Love pH Balanced Personal Wash - 8 fl oz

it arrived with no cap/lid

So I've bought the original one multiple times from different places. They have changed the packaging to say "lavender" on the front. (They say they are changing this back b/c it's confusing people) But the product does not smell the same as it used to. I contacted good clean love directly to figure out what was going on. They say they haven't changed anything. I have a hard time believing this as it SMELLS. It barely had a smell at all before and it wasn't a lavender chemical cleaner smell. It smelled like aloe if it smelled of anything. They say it's not a "scent", it's a "flavor" so it won't affect sensitive skin. (I'm still skeptical) But I really really do believe they have changed the formula or changed the amount of the "scent" that they put in. (My partner checked the way back machine and it does have lavender oil as an ingredient back in 2020, but it doesn't say anywhere how much of that "scent" is used tho) So use at your own risk? I haven't chronic migraine w/ aura and am sensitive to smells. I would honestly stay away if you are expecting it to smell like it use to or if your sensitive to smells. (I do have sensitive skin and so far it feels the same, and hasn't caused any reactions.)

Disappointed as item received is not as pictured. I did NOT order lavender scented. Returning and going with another brand

Similar to to other reviews, I also received the one that was lavender scented. I want to original blue bottle as pictured amd haven't been able to find it elsewhere. I've return the lavender one
