NOT FAT FREE

Goya is very deceptive with this product- they list the ingredients as only plantains. But they are completely soaked in oil! let me repeat that - they are baked in OIL. If you open the package and look at the plantains, you can see the oil frozen on the bottom and all over the plantain. I would estimate they have the same calorie and oil content as if they were fried. I have contacted Goya about this and they did acknowledge they were baked in oil, but they have not changed the ingredient list northern nutritional/calorie content. This is actually illegal and I’ve contacted the FDA about it.
