Extreme heat, or cold, may shorten the scent's lifespan, but the integrity of the clip should be fine under typical temperatures. I absolutely adore these gain scent clips. The different variations are all lovely but if you are not careful with the scent throw setting you might get a scent overload!

I stopped buying aftermarket car scents and deodorizers. They either offer zero scent or fade to nothing soon after opening. This is a name-brand Febreeze product. I use Febreeze laundry products. Always a pleasant scent to our clothing, bed sheets and so on. Name-brand is just plain better quality and offers superior performance. This scent is nice. My wife thought I had left fresh fruit in my vehicle lol. I set dispenser on minimum and it still fills my entire SUV. Works well. Will def buy again. Free delivery with Target Circle is a plus! In fact, I ordered two (2) packages of this scent. Only one was in stock. Target shipped another package to my home, free delivery, within the next day or two. Highly Recommended

I love febreeze products. They work well and smell good. This product was great too. The only downside is it does not last 40 days on low as it claims but I did get a good 25 days out of it. The Gain Island Fresh smells really good. I’m sensitive to smells and really strong ones can give me headaches. This one did not yet still made my car smell good. I recommend and will buy again.

I absolutely love Gain Island Breeze car vent clips! The scent is simply the best—it's fresh, tropical, and instantly brightens my mood every time I get in the car. It's ok. Even at its lowest dial, the smell is overwhelming. My kid says it smells like candy and I was hoping it has an island smell (jasmines and plumerias).

Very nice tropical smell, but I remember these freshener vent clips ran out so fast. Febreze has some awesome car freshener scents but they’re so cheap on how much they put in each clip and how fast it’ll run out.

I do like that it smells good. I do NOT like that as soon as you take it out of the pack and plug it in; It is half gone. So I don't get much use from them and they aren't cheap.

The scent is great! I always find myself going back to this one. Smells fruity, tropical, and sweet. However, with these new intensity dials, they run out for me within a week or so :( I even tried putting them on the lowest intensity. Not worth the price when they’re gone so quickly.

Whether the dial is at highest or lowest, the scent should last up to 30 days, depending on the speed and temperature of the vent, Mal. Other factors that can affect how long it lasts include how high and how often the heat or air conditioning is running. If the AC or Heat is on high, it may NOT last for 30 days.
