  • A: I asked Good Culture the same question several months ago. They cannot produce enough to satisfy demand. Hoping that will change. It’s very good and difficult to find.

  • A: 9 months later and still always out of stock (unless you get lucky and happen to check in the half hour after they put the few they do get in on the shelf). It’s maddening. But it’s a supplier issue for sure because the only other store within an hour radius is the same way at both locations. And you can’t trust the app because they (at Target and the other store) don’t update for up to 24 hours.

  • A: It is not lactose=free. The lactose=free variety is not shown on the Target website, but it IS shown on Shoprite's website, if you would like to see what the label looks like. or buy it there.

The only cottage cheese I buy!

This is my absolute favorite cottage cheese. The texture is perfect, so creamy and smooth without being watery or weirdly chunky. It just tastes clean and consistent every time. I’ve tried other brands but I always come back to this one because nothing else really compares. It’s one of those staples I always want to have in my fridge. Please don’t ever stop carrying this, I genuinely can’t imagine replacing it.
