Delicious and creamy. This is a great way to get more protein. I like mine with hot sauce and everything but the bagel seasoning. You can “dress” your cottage cheese however you’d like; fruit, honey, spicy sauce, salt and pepper, the list goes on.

Great Backup Option to the Whole Milk Version
I tried Good Culture cottage cheese and it’s one of the best I’ve had. The texture is thick and creamy with a fresh, clean taste and no excess liquid. I usually prefer the whole milk version for the ingredients, but the 2% is a great backup; it still has a nice creaminess without feeling too light. Horrible texture
I appreciate that this cottage cheese does not have any additives or preservatives. But that is where my appreciation ends. The texture is horrible. Good cottage cheese is supposed to be creamy. This cottage cheese is chunky, not in a good way. It’s glue. It has very little flavor with horribly thick congealed texture.

Hard pass!
I have lived and breathed cottage cheese since I was a kid. My local Target was out of my usual cottage cheese so I decided to try Good Culture for the first time. I don't know what this is but I would not call this cottage cheese. It was so tangy and looked like someone sent it through a blender. If you're from the Midwest, you know cottage cheese should have curds mixed with milk and cream, not this crap!
