Perfect Pepper Jack Cheese
We can't keep any Tillamook cheese in the house because we go through it so fast. The pepper jack is a panini favorite! Just enough spice that it doesn't get lost but not too much where it overpowers the whole meal.

High quality cheese
Tillamook cheese is always high quality cheese. The pepper jack is creamy with the right amount of spice. It grates easily and I highly recommend buying the loaf vs the pre shredded. It’s not much effort and the flavor and texture are so much better. Plus you have the flexibility of slicing or shredding.

like...if you think mayo is spicy you might think this is spicy... like not 'a little spice' not 'a kick' like the heat leve is as if you added crushed pepper almost... still a nice thing to throw into some eggs for added flavor just do not expect much heat.

I kept this cheese at a safe temperature, but it gree mold almost immediately. I put it in a cooler for the fifteen minute drive home. Expiration date is two months away and it's still sealed. Don't waste your money.
