DirectionsBacon needs to be fully cooked. Stovetop: Place bacon slices in single layer in unheated skillet. Cook over MEDIUM heat, turning occasionally, 6 to 10 minutes until browned and crisp.Microwave:Directions were developed for 1000 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwaves below 1000 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature.Place 4 slices bacon between paper towels on paper plate or microwave -safe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes until fully cooked.Oven:Place bacon in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 13 to 17 minutes until fully cooked and desired crispness. No turning is necessary.For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
