Good price, bad taste
This was not good chicken. It came in a big cardboard box with the individually wrapped breasts inside and they didn't look great even in the package. Tasted like cardboard when we grilled them. I let them defrost first so that should have helped the texture but no..Very disappointed bc I was hoping the Perdue free range meant a better quality and taste.

Crispy chicken
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy Predue fresh boneless skinless chicken breast! I prepared the raw chicken with shake n bake seasoning then I put it in the air fryer for about 20 to 25 minutes and wow it came out so good My whole family enjoyed a crispy tendered chicken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Perdue Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts were an incredibly delicious and convenient way to prepare dinner. They were incredibly tender and moist when cooked and not stringy like some prepackaged breasts can be, and didn't have any strange coloring like you can find in other prepackaged breasts. They also weren't massive, which I think attributes to the delicious taste and texture. They stored easily in the refrigerator until I was ready to use them and we made a delicious Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese that was absolutely devoured!

Soft and Tender chicken breast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried the Perdue chicken and I'm very impressed. The texture is soft and it cooks up so tender. I made a delicious tart with the chicken, eggs, zucchini, green onion, cheese and before I added it to my tart, I cooked the chicken for a few minutes to make sure it was safely cooked so I don't stress about salmonella. Then I mixed it with everything else, added Parmesan on top and put it in the oven at 425F. The smell in the kitchen was unreal! The chicken stayed juicy and didn't dry at all. It blended perfectly. It turned out so delicious!

A freezer burned bummer
Pretty disappointed. Many pieces had freezer burn and white spots we had to trim off after thawing, so there was a lot of waste. Some vacuum seals were loose, which probably caused it. We bought this pricier Perdue chicken expecting better quality, so while it’s edible, the flavor is compromised and convenience isn’t there. The pieces also aren’t frozen flat, so cooking from frozen doesn’t work well. This was our first and last time buying frozen Perdue chicken from Target. We usually like Good & Gather, but Target’s chicken (fresh or frozen) hasn’t been good, and Tyson’s is similar. Target does carry the Smart Chicken brand which is expensive but worth it when budget allows, but it’s often out of stock so we’ll be buying chicken elsewhere.

Good, don't overcook though
Good chicken, but try to not overcook or it ends up kind of tough/rubbery. Some pieces have a lot of grizzle/fat. Not sure if it's because it's frozen chicken and they coated it, but a weird white coating once done, I just scrape it off. The one thing I don't like is that the chicken isn't flat in the box, it must have been put in fresh and then frozen or thawed because the pieces are not frozen flat. Only chicken I can find in my area so I keep buying it, family likes it with seasonings.
