DO NOT BUY !!! Read all of the reviews. Our “3” was cut in half and was not a number. Additionally , there was NOT a straw or twine included. There is a circle hole on the box that must be to show the color of the balloon and the straw/twine must have fallen through that before purchase. What a waste of money. We were excited for our 3 year old to see this when she woke up on her birthday but of course most things purchased from Target are absolute trash.

Aesthetically Pleasing!
I love the look of these balloons but they are torture to inflate. They’re flimsy too and when I inflated this one, got it full and accidentally ripped it and most of the air came out, I had to tape it and it was ruined. They’re cute when they work!
