  • A: Except for our shelf-stable milk boxes, all our products are ultra-pasteurized (UP). It’s a very quick process—we bring the milk or cream to the appropriate temperature for several seconds, then plunge the temperature back down. For our shelf-stable milk boxes, we use ultra-high temperature (UHT) pasteurization. The milk is heated to a higher temperature for a few seconds and then put into special packaging, so it can be safely stored at room temperature until the expiration date. Pasteurization practices are standardized and regulated by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).     Please fix the straws !!

    3 stars because why can’t we just fix the straws already!! They ALWAYS poke through half way through the drink and it ends up getting wasted. It’s an ongoing problem forever now.

    My son loves these. They are a very convenient option. Full disclosure we do refrigerate them, he thinks they taste best that way. We love the fact that they are shelf stable though so we can travel with them and then refrigerate etc.

    Straws need to be fixed

    Not sure what happened but the straws are a little flimsy, half way through the drink the straws start to no work so you have to open the gulp tab to be able to finish the rest of the drink.

Pro tip, before inserting the straw, pull the clear section of the straw until you hear a click, then be sure to ‘poke’ with that clear section. Also, if you just want to avoid the straw entirely, simply pull back the silver tab and you are good to enjoy!     Tastes Terrible

    I bought these for my kids but thought I'd try one myself. It was not good, I couldn't even finish it. My 6yo chocolate milk lover thought it was just okay and my 9yo didn't like it at all. Also, milk for kids should be full fat, not lowfat. I gave it 2 stars only because my youngest kind of likes it.

    Almost 9 months EXPIRED Milk on sale???

    I got a bad shopping experience! I bought 4 cases of Horizon milk for my kids throught an online order for instore pickup and shockingly one of them was already expired on 8/10/2024. My kids drank 4 of them! Luckily, they haven't shown any symptoms yet. I was trusting that whoever prepared my order would have checked the expiration dates. You had multiple opportunities to remove expired products from the shelf — how could something that expired on 8/10/2024 still be there? Even chat with CS then she just leaved the chat group after refunded for the case??? So unprofessional!
