As a family I feel this is very easy to use and pick to prepare, if comes in an easy package and the texture isn’t to mushy and the taste is lovely with a bit of seasoning and butter the freshness is great and the taste is lovely it’s great for quick meals at home for my family

This product is so convenient. It tastes really great roasted in the oven or steamed. I also like to boil it before roasting in the oven or air fryer. This is a staple to have in your freezer. I will always have a back up.

Fresh tasting
I find frozen veg is a godsend as it stays fresh and doesn’t loose its taste. It’s easy to either microwave or when to steam. I use my frozen veggies to make baby food for my 1 year old

We buy and eat these frozen veggies on a weekly basis. Sometimes pop them into the air fryer and add seasoning and sauces. You can couple them with so many different flavors and they'll be delicious every time. We would definitely buy them again.

Perfect in a pinch
Definitely pricey but when you don't have time to grab fresh broccoli or cauliflower then this works perfectly. They are crisp and tender, they aren't mushy like some frozen veggies can be. Plus you can microwave them right in the bag. I open them and then add a little olive oil and sea salt. Definitely recommend if your in a hurry.

Multiple times a week good!
My freezer is stuffed with birds eye broccoli and cauliflower. Great for low carb and keto type diets. Always fresh and usualy able to heat the bag inside the microwave for as little as 5 minutes. Highly reccomend !

This isn't anything new to you I'm sure. I laugh every time I open the bag of Broccoli & Cauliflower the few, I mean few pieces of broccoli there are. Way bother packaging this item.
