Birds Eye Steamfresh Broccoli and Cauliflower is a quick and easy way to add vegetables into your meals. Flash frozen to keep the mixed vegetables flavorful, this mix includes frozen cauliflower and frozen broccoli for a classic combination.     Tastes just like you got it right out of the garde

    It is pretty light for weight. Everything is frozen. The florets are in good color. No wilting. No damage. If you want garden fresh veggiez without growing your own, this is it!

    Perfect mix of fresh and crisp cruciferous vegetables. Cauliflower and broccoli are so versatile and having them frozen makes it so convenient to throw into dishes like stir fry’s! You can tell they were flash frozen at peak ripeness so they taste super fresh when cooked!

    As a family I feel this is very easy to use and pick to prepare, if comes in an easy package and the texture isn’t to mushy and the taste is lovely with a bit of seasoning and butter the freshness is great and the taste is lovely it’s great for quick meals at home for my family

    This product is so convenient. It tastes really great roasted in the oven or steamed. I also like to boil it before roasting in the oven or air fryer. This is a staple to have in your freezer. I will always have a back up.

    Fresh tasting

    I find frozen veg is a godsend as it stays fresh and doesn’t loose its taste. It’s easy to either microwave or when to steam. I use my frozen veggies to make baby food for my 1 year old

    We buy and eat

    We buy and eat these frozen veggies on a weekly basis. Sometimes pop them into the air fryer and add seasoning and sauces. You can couple them with so many different flavors and they'll be delicious every time. We would definitely buy them again.

    Definitely pricey but when you don't have time to grab fresh broccoli or cauliflower then this works perfectly. They are crisp and tender, they aren't mushy like some frozen veggies can be. Plus you can microwave them right in the bag. I open them and then add a little olive oil and sea salt. Definitely recommend if your in a hurry.
