The flavor was pretty good, but on the sweeter side. It wasn’t my favorite frozen food, but it wasn’t bad either. I would purchase again. I prefer the Trader Joe’s frozen orange chicken better.

Some pieces were more breading than meat but most were solid. Easy to make and tasted close to takeout. I’d buy it again.

Unfortunately it was way too sweet for me (and I have a decent sweet tooth)! I thought it would be more like a hint of honey but it was overpowering. Other than that, the balance of tender chicken and crunchy tempura was great. Wouldn’t buy again but others may enjoy it. We still finished the box so it wasn’t inedible by any means.

I really liked that the chicken and sauce is separate, so I can add as much or as little as I want. It is probably better than most restaurants (and I worked at a Chinese restaurant when I was a teen 🤫).
