Always buy the florets so you avoid the hard stems. These are great in the oven roasted with a little salt, pepper and light olive oil drizzle. Broccoli is my go to side or to even add to a risotto, always keep a few bags to add to whatever I am cooking.

Versatile
Birds Eye broccoli is another great staple in my house. I’ve used it as a side dish, sprinkled with salt and pepper and once in a blue moon a sprinkle of cheese. I actually like it cold and put into my salad, absolutely delicious. I have also used it to make cottage pie.

The broccoli florets are my favorite. I frequently steam them in the microwave, add a little olive oil and a touch of sea salt and they are perfect. Tastes just like fresh broccoli. Broccoli is a must in my household.

For the most part these broccoli florets are really good. They taste amazing! One thing is that they are cut much too large and are sometimes a weird texture. They are still good though and I will probably be purchasing again.
