Leg broke in half. Barely used!!!!
I bought these chairs in July. We barely sit on them. Today my 5 year old went to sit down and the one leg completely broke in half. The wood inside looks black like it is rotten. It sucks because I want to return it but the time frame is obviously up!

Strong fumes
The legs are made of real wood that look solid and have a nice finish. However I was very dismayed to smell strong fumes coming from the barstool seats. Returned.

Check your pieces before you assemble -- see picture
There were a lot of pieces to put together this chair. Hopefully that makes it sturdy. This chair definitely looks as if it was fast manfacturered where the pre-screw holes to screw in the actual seat are belted up and/or the wood is chipped off. You can't see it once you put the seat on. I still do like the stool, but a piece was missing in one of the bars for my set, so will be returning my set after having assembled one stool to get a new one. Yes, that's right, check your pieces before you assemble.

Great Stools, Good Quality and a Great Price
I absolutely love these stools! The one critique I have is they should include wood plugs to cover the screw holes on the legs. They??e got a subtle style sense and they??e very comfortable. You really cannot beat the price.

Beautiful stools!
I just got these stools (2 sets of 2-- 4 stools total) for our island and they are awesome! I have already had SO many compliments on them. They are nice and solid, the seat area is a good size and they were really easy to put together. I put all 4 together on my own in under an hour. The walnut is a nice, rich color and the grey linen is really nice.
