Dragons: Race to the Edge Seasons 3&4 (DVD)

I also received dvds in poor condition. The first one was not sealed, the corner was cracked and the images on the dvds were dark and blurry. The replacement was shrink wrapped, not in the original plastic, and you can hear the entire dvd holder sliding back and forth in the case. The third one came in the original plastic, but again was not sealed and the first dvd is scratched. Seasons 1 & 2 and Seasons 5 & 6 were in good condition, but I can not get a decent Seasons 3 & 4. This is a Christmas gift so I will be trying a fourth time. Fingers crossed.

This item DOES work, but there were many issues for this being a "new item". To start, it was not shrink-wrapped, when I took it out of the envelope it quite literally fell outside of its plastic. In addition to this, I noticed the back looked crinkled as if the item had been in the water before/potentially rained on before. Following this, I opened the case and found that the hinge that held the DVD's together was broke. Overall, I was disappointed that a retail company would treat an item so poorly.
