Added Sugar by the Ton
I accidentally ordered this and only realized when I got home that it has enough added sugar to choke a honey badger. The product was part of the results set to my query for non dairy unsweetened yogurt. My bad for not reading carefully enough to realize the stuff has 15 grams of added sugar per serving. Don't make my same mistake if avoiding added sugar is important to you.

Great option for allergies
My daughter eats this every morning. She has so many allergies and this is safe for her. I hate they changed the recipe to add citric acid but she is still tolerating it.

This yogurt is so good. I can’t have dairy so it’s hard finding dairy free substitutes. They’re usually not as good. But this yogurt is fantastic. It’s better than the dairy kind. Even my kids like it and eat it over regular yogurt.

Not SIBO-friendly
Too much sugar especially in something less than 8oz. Why the added cane sugar? I don’t even taste vanilla, just cane sugar which has a bad aftertaste. Also, according to the Yuka app, pectin is an emulsifier and emulsifiers have been known to alter/upset the gut flora microbiome and cause inflammation. So if you have any GI issues such as IBS or SIBO, be careful.
