Pretty Darn Good
After reading the reviews and I had already bought the steaks, I was worried 😂The steak was actually pretty good. I think some people may not know how to cook a New York strip and that may be part of the problem. These were tender and had good flavor. From the looks, I was unsure but they were buy 1 get 1 50% off. I needed a quick dinner in a crunch. Not bad at all. A little more fatty than what I’m use to, somewhat like a rib eye. Cook on med-high heat to get a good sear and check for desired crust. Add butter once flipped and some garlic. Spoon over top. Cook on sides. Check temp for desired doneness

Love their steak
I don’t know where target sources their beef from and why it’s so good but it’s a thick piece of meat that’s always so soft. They definitely don’t have a lazy butcher or let bad pieces go out.

Never again!
I bought this pack on Wednesday night right before closing. Decided to make steaks for lunch on Friday, but only to find it was all bad. Literally wasted money just to have in the fridge for a measly one and half day before becoming spoiled. Never Never never again!!! Target you should do better than that.

Delicious!!
Best steak we have had in a long time from a grocery store. I cooked them on our small ceramic Komodo grill and they were absolutely delicious!! Took them out of the fridge about 45 mins before and just rubbed them down on both sides with sea salt and let them sit on the countertop then grilled them at 450, sat them on their fat cap first to sear that and then 10-15 mins each side. A MAZ ing!!
