The wholes in the flake board were close to the edge so twice they split and pieces fell off. Then the leg totally cracked ... I'm very disappointed especially putting it together took a while as the instructions aren't very useful. I'd like a new leg at least because I'm afraid it's going to fall apart. I really don't want to take it apart and send it back since it's a lot of work to do all that.

The box says “dark grey” on it, even though that’s not even one of the color choices. And indeed, when you open the box you see that the pieces are very much grey. I’m confused because I already have the shorter version of this cabinet from this brand and it’s actually black. Now I have to haul this big heavy box to the UPS store to return it since it doesn’t match my other furniture. I won’t be buying anything from this brand again!

Looks Nice Once Assembled
Finished product looks amazing but wowza putting it together was a doozy. I have some assembly experience from other purchases and this was one of the more difficult ones, I recommend paying for assembly if you can. Doors were difficult to install alone and resulted in scratches inside rack. 2 of the items arrived already chipped even though it was packaged securely (likely was chipped before deciding it passed QC). Its not very deep but can fit my bf's size 9.5 shoes so that still worked out. All in all it is a great shoe rack and felt worth it

Janky & Missing pieces
Unfortunatly my piece was missing the gliders for the drawer. It has been very frustrating trying to get the pieces from the manufacturer. Aside from that, it is pretty Janky and wobbles. I think for the price point should be lowered for this one. Looks ok though.

The color is a much darker brown not the warmer cinnamon tone I saw on my screen. Directions are horrible, really hard to follow. However it's a nice size and it's functional. Once put together it seems sturdy enough

Delivery took a long time. They kept adding more time. Came in a million pieces so expect to put aside 3-4 hours to put it together. It’s made out of plywood which is disappointing. You have to open and close the doors at the same time. Doesn’t seem very sturdy. Not too happy with the purchase.
