Sent the wrong item; it's the wrong item and terrible quality

Sent the wrong item. Now I have no tree skirt and have to print a label and go to the shipping center to mail it back for my refund. Mistakes happen, sure, but I shouldn’t have to do all of this to fix their mistake. I won’t order from them again. Furthermore, if the stocking they sent instead is any indication of their quality, I don’t want anything they have to offer anyway. This was cheap, flimsy, poorly sewn garbage.
