These were already opened upon receiving them. It wasn’t a simple tear from shipping, the top was ripped off completely where the plastic meets the staples. Besides that fact, the quality is horrible. I expected better having it cost $8. Understandable if it was a dollar store purchase. Also the top and bottoms don’t connect very well.

Please contact Customer Service at Target since the order was through them. They should be able to process a refund or replacement.
