    Sad

    I worked perfect the first couple of weeks, then I notice my iPhone it wasn't charging so I have to unplug and turn the connector around and that make it work some times. Got tired and got a charging cable from the apple store and now I have no issues at all. I got my phone charging one hundred percent of the time.

    Good Quality

    I was having issues with my cable not allowing video when I turned on my A/V system after streaming. Suspected the cable though I could not 100% verify it was the issue and believed it to be more of a handshaking issue between cable box and TV. Regardless, the higher quality seems to have fixed it, have not got a "No HDMI Signal" error for several weeks now...

    It won’t work without a Smart Phone hooked-up in the VW

    It works fine, but not on my 2020 VW Golf TSI. When I plug into the VW’s UBS port it won’t work with the phone and iPad.

    Perfect

    My company car is the 2020 Ford Edge. The USB in the storage compartment has no "slot" for the charging cable to lie in while the compartment door is closed. Using a standard round cable causes a strain on the door when closed. This flat cable was the perfect answer.
