    Solid Signal at 30 feet

    The signal looks and sounds great at 30 feet from the source. No amplifier needed. Gauge of cable is smaller than others at this length making it easier to handle.

    It Works

    I chose this cable because I move it around to different TVs. So at a length of 30 feet its lighter gauge provides a more flexible and light weight cable to move around or store away. It works as well as the heavier gauge cable it replaced.

    ManCave Home Studio Live-streaming to the World

    From my ManCave Home Studio - I have used this HDMI cord to connect my Apple dongle/iPhone 13 Pro Max direct into my ATEM Mini switcher and Live Stream for two hours with 100% zero latency even as I moved around in a low light environment and maintained super clear picture broadcasting to the world.     Quality Cable

    Great cable. Solved the issue with our Thinkpad communicating with our overhead projector. I didn't realize it was a directional cable when first purchased but I'm happy it is.

    Quality at a fair price

    I was tired of running out of data when mirroring my phone to the TV. MonoPrice was receiving good reviews across major sources. I needed a longer 30ft HDMI cable, it was also recommended I get an Active cable, to direct connect my iPhone to the TV. I found MonoPrice offered various levels of quality. I chose a medium quality 18.8 gbps, I bought two. I received them in just a couple of days, when I received them they were individually packaged with test information attached. The cables looked of very good quality, each end was clearly marked with labels on the cable and etching directly on the connectors identifying "SOURCE" and "TV". We have been using them now for two months with no hang-ups, buffering or loss of signal. I would highly recommend!

    The cable is thick and sturdy, however after running it through the wall and getting everything connected the screen flashes green every couple of seconds.

    PS5 users use 4K video transfer rate (-2)

    I was having problems with this older version of the cable (older chipset inside?) and I was able to figure out why I was getting a signal but TV screen stayed black. Put PS5 into safe mode, resolution 4K, HDCP automatic, and video transfer rate -2. This allows me to have HDR and 4K/60HZ.

    I purchased this wire in June....worked great for a while then just died. It is the wire as I did a bunch of troubleshooting to isolate the problem. Do not install this if replacement location is not very easy.
