The company took my address then when I paid with PayPal it automatically changed my address to an old address. The company refused to cancel the order, refused to refund, refused to help at all. I was able to drive over to the old place and pick it up thankfully, but if not it would have been a loss. Be really careful if you're paying with PayPal on this site - make sure your PayPal address is current before hitting send.

Excellent usb-a to type-b micro cable. But? I failed to order carefully as the 3.0 spec cable is a different 'type-b micro? from the 2.0 spec ?type-b micro?. Same name, except for the 2.0 vs 3.0 specification. And THAT causes the micro end to be different. My silly mistake, but be careful when ordering. The 2.0 type-b micro is the small end, typically used for Android phones and many other devices. The 3.0 end is a high speed cable, often used for connecting to external hard drive cabinets.

The cables that came with my external blue ray were extremely short. These cable were a perfect match. I now can have the drive in best place to use it. This will be beneficial when traveling. They are well made and high quality.

Cable looks and works well but needs to be available in longer than 6 foot lengths I would recommend it .

Cable works sometimes but you can’t format hard drives with it which is the reason I bought it. I contacted Monoprice and to tell them about the problem and they basically wrote back saying “Sorry” but didn’t offer replacements or refund
