Not what I expected.
It looks the part and is very sturdy. The wheels are too low end for a chair this expensive. It leans uncomfortably forward. The seat is very high. After it's fixed, it's not too bad.

LA Z BOY DOESN'T PAN OUT
I PURCHASED THIS CHAIR FOR MY BOSS. BECAUSE IT WAS A LA Z BOY, I EXPECTED IT TO BE EXCELLENT QUALITY. FIRST OF ALL THE BOX WAS DAMAGED AND THERE WAS A CRACK IN A PLASTIC PIECE. THE CHAIR IS SIZED FOR A SMALLER WOMAN BECAUSE THE SEAT DEPTH IS SO SHORT. MY BOSS SAID IT IS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIR HE'S EVER SAT IN. BY THE TIME WE PAID TAX AND FREIGHT IT WAS OVER $400 DOLLARS!!! WE REGRET THE PURCHASE.

Chair Specification is Wrong
I ordered this chair because the website description says it has a weight capacity of 400 pounds. When it arrived, the box says the chair is only rated for 250 pounds. I specifically bought the chair because I way 265. Ended up having to return to a Target store which was a real pain.
