I always loved the make your own sun catcher kits where you paint the sun catchers this is very similar but instead of a special type of paint you are coloring with gems.

The stylus can place 3-5 gems per dip of wax - dipping too often may cause it to clog. You can clear out those with the assistance of an adult using a toothpick.
