Our installer got it installed little low at the beginning, then later he removed and re installed higher after my drive way is complete.6months later I noticed there was a small damage at the bottom piece. I contacted lamp plus, they did not have any questions and they sent me a new base piece, which I was surprised. This pole looks great and tall with the Photo Sensor on the top.

Installed on front lawn. Dug 8" dia. X 28" deep hole with 12" sq X 7" deep top pad and 3 bags of cement. Comes with 3 "L" threaded anchor rods that attach to metal template. Strapped 3/4 pvc with large radius elbow to center of cement frame then poured cement. Sunk hold down assembly in wet cement which resulted in perfect location of the 3 base studs. Went with 24 watt AC low voltage system, transformer and 50 watt bulb. Did not install Photo/cell shutoff because transformer runs 24/7 anyway. 50 watt bulb last a long time when left on, no cold then hot cycles. Inserted wire in lawn about 6" deep. Drilled 3/8 dia. hole through brick mortar joint and foundation header. Plug transformer into outlet in basement. Couple of hours to install.Pros: Attractive Design, Weather Resistant, Easy To Change Bulb, Area Of IlluminationBest Uses: Front Yard, Walkway
